Family Friendly Mt Martha Unit

Great location and comfortable place. Positive: The location was terrific - minutes from the beach and shops. The unit was spacious with good facilities available - washing machine, dryer etc. Negative: There is a $200 cleaning fee added on top of the cost of the room when you book which was a surprise. It still gives you the option to cancel the booking but it is not referenced until the payment step.

Small comfortable property for our family of 4! Beds were comfy and lots of blankets for warmth. Only complaint is the squealing shower, but aside from the noise - a great shower.

I recently spent 2 delightful weeks at Family Friendly Mt Martha Unit. Excellent location, really comfy queen size bed, nicely air conditioned. The only criticizm I have is the shower over bath with no handles to help navigate †he climb. For an older citizen it was quite scary.

Nice comfortable place, very suitable for 2 adults with 1 child. Location is brilliant, very accessible to shops, beach, walks and things to do. We had issues gaining access to the keys, and the host was fantastic in helping us to resolve the issue. I'm very happy to recommend the unit as a comfortable place to stay.

Nice quiet place to spend the week
